SellerSmart webinar gift card draw: terms
- The promoter. The draw is run by SellerSmart Ltd (company number 15870357), Unit 3B, Dentons Wharf, Mulberry Way, Kent DA17 6AN. Contact: [email protected].
- Who can enter. Anyone aged 18 or over who lives in the UK, has registered for the SellerSmart live webinar on Sunday 1 November 2026 with their own name and email address, and watches it live. You cannot enter if you work for SellerSmart (employees, directors, contractors and the agencies helping run the webinar), if you appear on the webinar as a host or guest, or if you live in the same household as any of these people.
- How to enter. There is nothing to do and nothing to pay. You are entered automatically if you are still in the live webinar room when the hosts start the draw, at the end of the webinar. Watching the replay does not count. Entry closes when the hosts start the draw. Buying anything from SellerSmart, or booking a call, does not enter you and does not change your chance of winning.
- One entry each. Each person has one entry, however many times they registered or devices they used. If you would rather not be entered, email [email protected] before the webinar starts, or say so in the webinar chat before the draw.
- The draw. We will draw one winner live, at the end of the webinar on Sunday 1 November 2026. The hosts take the list of everyone in the live room at that moment from WebinarJam, remove repeats and anyone not eligible under term 2, and choose the winner with the Wheel of Names random picker (wheelofnames.com), a computer process that uses a secure random number generator, shown on screen to everyone watching. The draw is recorded with the webinar.
- Telling the winner. The hosts read out the winner's first name live. We will also email the winner at the address they registered with by 5pm on Monday 2 November 2026, and may phone or message them on the number they gave. The winner must reply by 11:59pm on Monday 16 November 2026 confirming they are 18 or over and live in the UK. We may ask for proof of both. If the winner does not reply in time, or is not eligible, we will draw again at random from the same recorded list of people in the room, and contact the new winner the same way.
- The prize. One £100 Amazon.co.uk e-gift card, sent by email within 7 days of the winner's reply, and normally within 30 days of the draw. There is no cash alternative and the prize cannot be transferred or exchanged. Amazon.co.uk is not a sponsor of this promotion. - Winner's details. Apart from reading out the winner's first name in the live room, we will not announce the winner publicly. If anyone asks, we will give the winner's surname and county, as the advertising rules require, unless the winner objects when we contact them. We will only use the winner's full name or photo in publicity if they separately agree to it.
- Your data. To run the draw we use the details you gave when you registered (name, email and, if given, phone number) and WebinarJam's record of who was in the live room. We use them only to check who is entered, draw the winner and contact them, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the draw fairly. We keep the list of entrants and the recording of the draw for 12 months, in case anyone questions the draw, then delete them. Entering does not sign you up for marketing. - Fair running. We will run the draw fairly and as described here. We may disqualify anyone who breaks these terms or tries to enter unfairly. We will only change, delay or cancel the draw for reasons outside our control, and if we do we will tell entrants by email. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring a claim in your own courts.
