How much are the VA’s monthly wages?
We recommend paying your VA through Wise or Monzo, as both offer great exchange rates and fast transfers to the Philippines via G-Cash.
Our suggested rates are:

- Experienced VA: ₱30,000 per month (≈ £400)
Payments are typically made twice per month to keep things smooth for both you and your VA.

Placement times can vary depending on where we are in our training cycle. On average, you can expect to be matched with your VA within 1–3 weeks after payment.
If we already have trained VAs available, your placement may happen much faster. However, because we maintain strict training and grading standards, we only place VAs who have fully passed our assessments, ensuring quality is never compromised.
Do I need to be an experienced seller to hire a VA?
You don’t need to be an expert, but some Amazon experience is important. Your VA will come trained, but they’ll still need your guidance to learn how you analyse and choose deals. A basic understanding of deal analysis will help you get the best results from your VA.
Do you offer refunds?
