Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once access has been granted. This includes course materials, mentorship content, downloadable tools, community access (e.g. Discord), and any other digital services provided by SellerSmart Ltd.
By purchasing a SellerSmart product, you agree to this Refund Policy and waive your 14-day statutory right to cancel under UK consumer law where access is granted immediately.
2. Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (Limited Eligibility)
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee, but this only applies if you have not accessed any of the following:
- The Discord server
- The course or digital learning platform
- Any downloadable tools or resources
- Mentorship content (including group calls or chat access)
Once you access any of the above, your right to a refund under this policy expires.
To request a refund within this 30-day window, contact us at [email protected] with your full name, order details, and confirmation that you have not accessed any materials. All requests will be reviewed manually.
3. Refunds Are Only Considered Under the Following Circumstances:
- You meet the conditions of the 30-day money back guarantee (as above)
- A technical issue on our end has prevented access to the product for more than 72 hours after purchase
- A duplicate payment has occurred due to a system error (excluding intentional multiple purchases)
- Your payment was not authorised (e.g. card fraud) and you can provide evidence
Refunds are not granted if:
- You simply change your mind
- You purchased by mistake
- You partially used the content and later decided it wasn’t suitable
- You encounter minor technical issues related to your device, internet connection, or third-party software
4. Split Payment Plans
If you selected our pay-in-2 split payment option via Stripe, you are legally committing to pay the full amount upon purchase.
Refunds for split payments will only be considered if:
- No access has been granted
- You request the refund within 14 days of purchase
- You meet the criteria outlined in Sections 2 or 3 of this policy
Cancelling your Stripe subscription does not void your obligation to complete payment. We reserve the right to pursue unpaid balances via collections if necessary.
5. Technical Issues
Some issues may be caused by your personal setup (e.g. outdated software, unsupported browsers, mobile incompatibilities). These do not qualify for a refund unless they are:
- Caused directly by a system failure on our side, and
- Prevent you from reasonably accessing the product for more than 72 hours, and
- We are unable to resolve the issue after reasonable attempts
