This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the standards expected of all participants within the SellerSmart 7-Figure Mentorship Programme, Discord community, and related services. By accessing any part of our mentorship, platform, website, or Discord server, you agree to abide by this policy.

SellerSmart Ltd reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. We encourage members to check back regularly for updates.

2. General Expectations

You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.

You must not impersonate any other person or falsely represent your identity or affiliation.

All information you provide (name, business status, etc.) must be accurate and kept up to date.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account or community presence.

3. Community Conduct (Including Discord and Group Calls)

To foster a safe and professional space, we expect you to:

- Be respectful, courteous, and supportive of all members.

- Avoid hate speech, bullying, trolling, or personal attacks in any form.

- Do not post spam, promotional content, affiliate links, or unsolicited services.

- Maintain confidentiality of discussions, strategies, and resources shared within the group.

- Refrain from posting inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content (including adult content, violence, or discriminatory language).

- Respect boundaries in DMs. Do not solicit other members for services or products.

4. Platform and Resource Usage

Do not reproduce, share, or distribute course content, recordings, worksheets, spreadsheets, or internal tools outside of

SellerSmart without permission.

Tools such as our automated sheets, bots, and mentorship dashboards are licensed for your personal use only.

We reserve the right to revoke access to tools or services if misuse is identified.

Do not attempt to copy or reverse engineer our tools, automations, or community systems.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Sharing

You retain ownership of content you contribute, but grant SellerSmart a licence to use your content within the mentorship for community engagement or marketing (e.g., testimonials).

You must not post content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of others.

You may not share screenshots or recordings of our calls, Discord chats, or materials externally unless explicitly authorised.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the SellerSmart platform:

- For unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.

- To encourage or perform account manipulation, review abuse, or black-hat tactics that breach Amazon’s Terms of Service.

- To access, interfere with, or damage our systems, software, or user data.

- To mislead or coerce others into any investment, crypto, or get-rich-quick schemes.

- To promote external mentorships, communities, or Discord servers.

- To solicit coaching clients or VAs from within our community for your own services.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

Breaches of this policy may result in:

- Warnings or temporary suspensions from the mentorship or Discord.

- Permanent removal without refund.

- Legal action in cases of serious misuse (e.g., data theft, defamation, commercial harm).

- Reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Our team retains the right to moderate discussions, remove posts, or restrict access where community safety or integrity is at risk.

8. Mentorship Integrity

To maintain fairness and trust:

- You may not share your mentorship access or resources with others.

- If you are found to be misleading others about SellerSmart's offering, your access will be revoked.

- Group calls, templates, automations, and mentorship strategies are confidential and not for redistribution or resale.

9. Reporting Concerns

If you see content or behaviour that breaches this policy, please contact a member of the SellerSmart team via Discord or email. Reports will be treated confidentially and taken seriously.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

11. Testimonials and Use in Marketing

By participating in the mentorship programme, you agree that SellerSmart may use your feedback, testimonials, success

stories, or comments (written or verbal) for marketing purposes. This includes but is not limited to websites, social media, advertisements, and promotional materials.

We will never publish personal financial data, full names, or sensitive details without your express consent. If you wish to opt out at any point, please contact our support team.
